Naz Taylor founded MultiUnion after witnessing firsthand how a well-known multinational corporation used loopholes and intimidation to silence workers.
When Naz raised concerns about health and safety violations, the company didn’t investigate the problem — they targeted him. Minor allegations were manufactured to push him out and bury the truth.
During the disciplinary process, Naz uncovered something even worse: the company had built its policies to weaken workers’ rights as much as legally possible. Refusing to stay quiet, he reported the safety issues to Environmental Health. The company responded with misleading statements to avoid compliance, and Naz was dismissed for “misconduct” — despite a spotless record.
His case is now headed to an employment tribunal. The defending solicitor has repeatedly lied to try and intimidate Naz into submission. This is actually very common practice. Yet another immoral practice that pushes the workers down.
Determined to keep moving forward, Naz took on a new job — only to find himself in another exploitative environment. A contract requiring about 100 workers was gradually reduced to around 15. Week after week, people were quietly removed until only Naz and one original colleague remained. And just as Naz reached the three-month mark — when he could finally gain basic employment rights — he was suddenly removed from the job with no explanation.
Although Naz was paid every penny owed to him, many workers aren’t so fortunate. The agency involved has a long history of withholding pay, and most people don’t know where to turn or how to stand up for themselves.
And that’s exactly why MultiUnion exists.
Because you can only enforce your rights if you know what they are.
MultiUnion has built the tools, knowledge, and support every worker deserves — so no one has to face corrupt employers or exploitative industries alone.
MultiUnion simplifies complex processes into quick and easy steps.
