Yaz Taylor – Managing Director
Yaz Taylor founded MultiUnion after seeing up close how a major multinational corporation exploited weak enforcement and used intimidation to sidestep health and safety regulations. When he raised concerns about the violations, the company didn’t address the hazards — they came after him, fabricating minor allegations to force him out and bury the truth.
He has worked across multiple industries in the UK and worked in four foreign countries, experiencing a wide range of workplaces with starkly different standards for worker welfare. In the UK, conditions for many workers remain abysmal because rigged laws shield exploitative corporations.
In business, Yaz has played a major role as a partner in many large-scale operations within the food/drinks and e-cigarette industries. This role has been mostly focused on imports, law, administration, and IT.
Yaz is self representing in a landmark workers’ welfare legal dispute. He is also a claimant in another case that will define worker status. Together, these cases could fundamentally reshape the rights workers hold and the conditions they’re forced to endure.
For professional and legal reasons, Yaz Taylor is used as a pseudonym to protect identity.
